Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order when our customer service agent calls you to confirm it. Please note that once you have confirmed the order over the phone, you can no longer cancel it until the delivery agent arrives at your address. If you are not satisfied with your purchase upon delivery, you may return the product to the delivery agent to receive a refund for the product’s price. Delivery charges will not be refunded.
Pricing and Price Reductions/Corrections
We guarantee that the price at the time of purchase will remain valid until delivery. You will not be charged a higher price if the price of your ordered product increases after you place your order, and no adjustment will be made if the price decreases.
We reserve the right to change the pricing of our products and services without prior notice and can modify or end special offers at any time. Listed prices are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are not included in the listed price and will be added at checkout.
Delivery
The ordered product(s) will be delivered to customers according to the following general timeline. Please note that specific costs and times will be confirmed at checkout.

- In the event of a payment deduction without order confirmation due to a technical error, please inform us with your details. We will validate the issue and process your order or refund accordingly.
- We use third-party courier services to deliver your products. If you provide an incorrect shipping address, we shall not be liable for non-delivery.
- If our delivery agent cannot reach you at the provided address and phone number, the delivery may be attempted the next business day. If the second attempt fails, the order may be canceled.
Order Acceptance/Confirmation
To prevent fraud, we may ask for verification information before accepting an order. We reserve the right to obtain validation of your payment details and personal information. Failure to provide this information upon request may result in the automatic cancellation of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time due to technical issues, stock unavailability, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. If your order is canceled after payment has been processed, you will be issued a full refund.
Product Availability and Limitations
Given the demand and/or supply constraints of some products, we may limit the number of products available for purchase. We reserve the right to change quantities available at any time. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if a product is out of stock or for any other reason. If payment has been made, you will be refunded accordingly.
Limitations of Liability
Our maximum liability shall be limited to the amount that you have paid for any particular product. We do not accept any liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, damage to property, or claims by third parties arising from the use of the Site or any product purchased from it.
